Registered Users Confidentiality Agreement

Whereas:

1. Party A provides registration services for the website operated by Sichuan Deyuan Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd.;

2. Party B desires to register as a user of Party A and avail related services;

The Parties have mutually agreed, after friendly negotiation, to establish the following agreement regarding the confidentiality of registered users:

1. Definition of Confidential Information:

   The confidential information referred to in this Agreement includes, but is not limited to, Party B's personal identity information, contact details, account information, and user behavior, i.e., any information directly or indirectly related to Party B.

2. Obligation of Confidentiality:

   (a) Party A undertakes to keep all the provided confidential information of Party B confidential and shall not disclose, use, or divulge it to any third party without the prior written consent of Party B.

   (b) Party B undertakes to use the confidential information provided by Party A solely to the extent required for enjoying the registration services of [Your Company Name], and shall not disclose, transfer, or sell it to any third party.

3. Security Measures:

   Both Parties shall take necessary measures to protect the security and confidentiality of the confidential information, including but not limited to:

   (a) Party A shall employ technological means and management systems to ensure the improper use or disclosure of Party B's confidential information.

   (b) Party B shall properly safeguard their username, password, and other account information and shall not disclose or provide it to any third party.

4. Disclaimer:

   Neither party shall be held liable for the disclosure or loss of confidential information under the following circumstances:

   (a) Disclosure in response to the requirements of laws, regulations, or competent government authorities.

   (b) Any confidential information that has already been known to the receiving party and disclosed without any fault on the part of the disclosing party.

5. Termination:

   Upon termination of this agreement, both Parties shall no longer be obligated to maintain the confidentiality of information that has already been disclosed and is no longer deemed confidential.

6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:

   The signing, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Confidentiality Agreement shall be governed by the laws of P.R.China.

7. Miscellaneous:

   Any amendment or supplement to this Agreement shall be ineffective unless agreed upon in writing by both Parties.
